Mr. Préstamo Elizondo holds a C.P.A. degree from the University of Monterrey, a Master Degree from EGADE University and professional degree from I.P.A.D.E. Business School. With more than 9 years of executive and operational experience in the mining industry (precious metals), Mr. Préstamo Elizondo has worked for different public companies as Director of Planning, Corporate Finance and Investor Relations. Mr. Préstamo Elizondo is former Country manager for Starcore International Mines, Ltd. where he had direct responsibility for mining, administrative, and corporate operations in Mexico. Mr. Préstamo Elizondo is member of Mexico's Mining Chamber, and participates actively in different mining initiatives in the country.
Mr. Maldonado has more than 30 years' experience in the industry, and has been with the Company since June 2015. Previously, Mr. Maldonado worked for First Majestic Silver Corp. and Minera Frisco, S.A. de C.V. Mr. Maldonado has an Engineering degree in Mining and Metallurgy with studies in Minerals Economics from the University of Chihuahua.

Robert McMorran, CA is the president of Malaspina Consultants Inc., a private company that provides accounting and administrative services to junior public companies. Mr. McMorran has 25 years experience in dealing with financial reporting and the administration of public companies, the last 14 years through Malaspina. During this time Mr. McMorran has served as an officer and/or director of several public companies, primarily involved in mineral exploration and development. He was CFO of the Canada Dominion Resources Group family of flow-through limited partnerships from 1998 to 2006. He is currently a director and/or officer of a number of junior resource companies including Encanto Potash Corp. and Inca One Resources Corp.
Mr. Löhner has been a senior partner and managing Director of The Boston Consulting Group ("BCG") for the last 20 years and during the last 5 years he has held the position of Managing Director for Latin America. He is fluent in Spanish, German, French, English, Portuguese, Dutch, and Italian. After retirement, he continues to serve as a Senior Advisor to BCG.
Mr. Okada is a member of both the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Washington State Certified Public Accountants Association with over 35 years' experience providing financial management services to publicly traded companies, with emphasis on junior mineral exploration companies. Mr. Okada serves as the acting Chief Financial Officer of Africo Resources Ltd. He is currently a director of several public companies including Revett Mining Company, Eurasian Minerals Inc. and Forum Uranium Corp.
Mr. Villasenor graduated with a BSc in mining and metallurgy from the University of Guanajuato, an MS of mineral economics from Columbia University, and a finance degree from the Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico. He has had a career that spans 40 years in the mining industry, including roles with Penoles, Grupo Mexico, Goldcorp and as director of Starcore International Mines Ltd.
